Authors receive decisions on papers, posters, and artifacts. Detailed reviewer feedback is provided for all submissions.
Final versions due for the proceedings. Include any required accessibility metadata and copyright forms.
Submitted papers (.pdf) must use the A4 IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. Please remember to add Keywords to your submission.
Papers submitted to NGES must be the original work of the authors and may not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Prior peer-reviewed publications cannot be submitted.
IEEE maintains a strict plagiarism policy; all prior work must be cited appropriately.
Submit with the full and final list of authors in the correct order. The registered author list cannot be changed after the submission deadline.
Carefully proofread your submission. Language should be clear and correct so it is easily understandable. Either US English or UK English spelling conventions are acceptable.
All papers that are accepted, registered, and presented will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication (subject to IEEE requirements). See the camera-ready guidelines after acceptance.

Long papers (8–9 pages), short papers and demo/artifact submissions (4–6 pages), and poster papers (1–2 pages) are accepted through single-blind review using the A4 IEEE template. Authors select one primary track at submission. See Key Dates and the Submission portal for deadlines and formatting requirements.
