Full registration is required for main conference and workshop papers. Papers without full registration will be excluded from the proceedings.

Fees are in USD; **exclude a 3% banking process fee**.

Registration fees are in US dollars and exclude a 3% banking process fee. Early/late registration windows are shown in the portal.

Invitation letters are provided only to individuals with an accepted paper and/or who have paid the full registration fee.

To obtain a letter of invitation, first ensure acceptance and/or full registration, then contact: intelligent.systems2026@gmail.com

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by May 10th, 2026.

An administrative fee of 10% of the registration will be deducted from each refund.
