Acknowledgement

By paying the school fees, applicants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms.

Application Materials

  • Application fee payment: 30 USD, processed through the PayQlick system. Applications are considered only after this fee reaches PayQlick.
  • Written requests when needed: Any request to extend a payment deadline must be submitted in writing to the Summer School organization team.
  • Refund requests (if applicable): Must be sent by e-mail to intelligent.systems2026@gmail.com including the relevant bank details of the original payer.

Review & Admissions

Applications are taken into consideration once the 30 USD application fee has been received by PayQlick. If an applicant does not settle the course fee by the deadline specified in the acceptance email, their place will be forfeited unless an approved written extension has been granted.

Final Confirmation: Acceptance letter → timely fee payment → final enrollment confirmed.

Fees & Payments

  • Application Fee: 30 USD (non-refundable). Paid via PayQlick. Payment processing fees are not included and are paid by the applicant.
  • Deadlines & Extensions: Missing the payment deadline results in loss of the place. Extensions must be requested in writing.
The application fee is strictly non-refundable.

What the Course Fee Includes

  • Lectures, materials, Wi-Fi, coffee breaks, one dinner, two social events
  • 5 ECTS

Refunds & Cancellations

Scope: Applies to course fee.

  • How to cancel: Notify the team in writing via email.
  • 30+ days before start: 90% refund.
  • < 30 days: No refund.
  • University cancellation: Full refund if cancelled by Sapienza.
  • Visa denials: Same refund policy; Zoom option available.
  • No-notice cancellations: The fee may still be charged.

Refund management: Email the team with bank details to request a refund.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and follow all instructions from the organizing team. Failure to comply may affect participation.
