Frequently Asked Questions

All papers must follow the A4 IEEE conference format. Long papers should be 7–8 pages, short papers 4–6 pages, and poster papers 1–2 pages. See the Submission Guidelines page for LaTeX, Overleaf, and Word templates.

All papers should be submitted through the Sparcly submission portal. Papers, posters, and artifacts each have separate submission tracks on the same system.

Registration details will be announced after paper acceptances are finalized. Check the Registration page for updates. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference.

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Paper, poster, and artifact submissions follow a single-blind review process; author names and affiliations remain visible to reviewers.

NGCS welcomes deployment case studies, industrial benchmark reports, negative results, reproducibility studies, security validation frameworks, comparative applied studies, and impact assessments. See the Call for Papers for full details.
