Follow these steps to prepare your camera-ready manuscript in the required IEEE conference format.

Address Reviewer Comments

Carefully revise your paper based on the feedback received from reviewers. Address all required changes and recommended improvements.

Use the A4 IEEE Conference Template

Ensure your final paper strictly follows the A4 IEEE conference format. Download the latest templates from the IEEE conference templates page.

Include Author Information

Confirm that the camera-ready version includes the final author names in the approved order, affiliations, email addresses, and ORCID identifiers where available.

Complete the IEEE Copyright Process

The corresponding author must complete the IEEE electronic copyright form when instructed. One completed form per paper is required.

Submit Camera-Ready Files

Upload the final PDF, source files (LaTeX or Word), copyright form, and any supplementary materials via the Sparcly submission portal by the camera-ready deadline.

Important Notes

Page Limit: Long papers: 7–8 pages. Short papers: 4–6 pages. Poster papers: 1–2 pages. Additional pages are not permitted.
Deadline: Camera-ready submissions are due by 10 February 2027. Late submissions may not be included in the proceedings.
Registration Requirement: At least one author must register for the conference by the camera-ready deadline. Papers without a registered author will not be included in the proceedings.
