Call for Papers

We invite original contributions on security for AI, AI for cyber security, quantum-ready defense, resilient systems, and real-world protection outcomes.

Conference Scope

NGCS 2027 invites research at the point where artificial intelligence, cyber security, and quantum computing are reshaping one another. The conference is dedicated to security for AI, AI for security, and quantum-ready cyber defense: protecting AI models and data pipelines, using intelligent systems to improve detection and response, and preparing critical infrastructures for post-quantum risk. NGCS positions itself at the intersection of academic security research and operational practice, creating a venue where researchers, defenders, engineers, and decision-makers can share validated defenses and practical lessons from real systems.

We strongly encourage contributions that go beyond traditional novelty papers. NGCS welcomes work on adversarial machine learning, trustworthy and explainable AI, secure MLOps, model supply-chain security, AI-assisted threat intelligence, autonomous defense, post-quantum cryptography, quantum-safe identity, and migration strategies for long-lived data and infrastructure. The conference also welcomes security case studies, benchmark reports, negative results, reproducibility studies, security validation frameworks, comparative applied studies, and impact assessments that measure real-world protection outcomes.

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. This makes NGCS a natural publication venue for companies, security labs, and startups that rarely publish at traditional academic conferences.

What We Accept

NGCS welcomes rigorous papers, operational evidence, and applied studies that advance trustworthy AI, intelligent defense, and quantum-era security.

Security for AI

Methods for protecting models, prompts, data, agents, pipelines, and AI-enabled products from misuse, leakage, poisoning, and adversarial attacks.

AI for Security

AI-assisted detection, triage, response, threat hunting, malware analysis, vulnerability discovery, and security automation.

Quantum-Ready Defense

Post-quantum cryptography, crypto-agility, quantum-safe identity, hybrid protocols, and migration plans for critical systems.

Deployment Case Studies

Detailed accounts of resilient security systems in production, including operational constraints, failures, and lessons learned.

Benchmarks & Evaluation

Systematic evaluations of AI security, detection, resilience, post-quantum readiness, and security controls on realistic data.

Negative Results

Rigorous studies documenting what defenses failed, why they failed, and how the community can avoid repeating those failures.

Reproducibility Studies

Validation and reproduction of AI, quantum-safe, and cyber defense methods in new environments.

Impact Assessments

Measuring real-world protection outcomes, risk reduction, governance value, and operational cost of deployed security solutions.
